Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Class

Trial classes are free and no refund applies. If you are not satisfied with the trial class experience, you may choose not to enroll in the full course.

2. Course Enrollment - 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment by contacting us at nrityashilpiacademy1@gmail.com or calling +91 98245 46717.

Conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of enrollment
• No more than 2 classes should have been attended
• Original payment receipt must be provided

3. Cancellation After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, cancellation is not eligible for refund. However, you may:

• Freeze your enrollment: Pause your course for up to 3 months without losing your fee
• Transfer to another batch: Switch to a different time slot or branch at no additional cost
• Transfer to another student: Transfer your enrollment to a family member or friend

4. Class-by-Class Attendance

We offer flexible, pay-per-class options. You only pay for the classes you attend. There is no refund policy for individual classes once attended.

5. Medical/Health Reasons

If you need to withdraw due to medical reasons, health concerns, or personal emergencies, please contact us immediately. We may offer:

• Course freeze with enrollment valid for future restart
• Partial refund (case-by-case basis)
• Transfer of enrollment to a family member

Medical certificate or documentation may be required.

6. Relocation/Moving Away

If you are relocating and cannot attend classes, we offer:

• Online classes if relocating within India
• Course credit to transfer when you return
• Partial refund based on remaining course duration

7. Quarterly Fee Structure

Our fees are charged quarterly. If you wish to cancel mid-quarter:

• Refund is issued for the remaining weeks (pro-rata basis)
• Processing takes 7-10 business days
• A written cancellation request is required

8. Special Programs and Workshops

Refunds for special programs, workshops, or online courses are subject to the following:

• Cancellation before event/program start: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Cancellation within 48 hours of start: No refund
• No refund if program has already started

9. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

• Processing time: 7-10 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• For cash payments: Refund via bank transfer or cheque

11. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Registration/enrollment fees
• Late payment penalties or late fees
• Administrative fees
• Classes already attended beyond the 7-day trial period

12. Disputes and Escalation

If you dispute a refund decision, you may escalate your request by providing written documentation to our management. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

13. Policy Updates

Nritya Shilpi Academy reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance. Please also review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
